Mr. Boudreaux has worked for Doerle Food Services  in various capacities for nearly 25 years. He started his career with Doerle as a purchasing agent in 1990. Seven years later he became a Project Manager, involved in all aspects of DFS operations. In 1999, he worked in the Sales department as a DSR, and later Director of National Accounts. After experiencing nearly all operational areas of the company, he became Vice President of Foodservice in both our Broussard and Shreveport locations in 2002. On January 5, 2015, Mr. Boudreaux was named as the President/CEO. In his new position, Mr. Boudreaux oversees distribution in Broussard, Louisiana; Shreveport, Louisiana; and Fourchon, Louisiana as well as supervises twelve department and location managers and directors.
Mr. Boudreaux holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Southwest Louisiana and MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is grateful for the blessings he and his wife have had while raising their two wonderful daughters.
